Frustrated with our recent diagnostic tool's confusing menu layout

Oh man, that "takes forever to find simple error codes" line hits home. My friend Jen was using the new update and spent AN HOUR just looking for a basic fault log. She said the menus were buried under like three pointless submenus, it was AWFUL. We ended up having to google a workaround because the tool itself was no help. Stuff like that just kills productivity, you know?

Actually, I'm pretty sure it was FOUR submenus they buried it under.
