Lost a whole afternoon to a seized air dryer on a 2019 Cascadia

Last Thursday I was swapping out a leaky air dryer cartridge on a 2019 Cascadia and the damn thing was seized on something fierce, took me an hour of heat and a cheater bar to even get it to budge. Turned out the previous guy had cross-threaded the base, so I had to pull the whole assembly and rebuild it with a $45 kit just to get the rig back on the road before the boss started breathing down my neck. Anyone else run into a seized cartridge that made you question your life choices, or was that just my lucky week?

Did you try re-tapping that base before the rebuild, or just swap it out like I had to?
