A painting I shared got lifted by a scam store on Etsy

Last week I found one of my digital paintings for sale as a printed canvas on a shop with 4,000 sales. I never gave permission, and they even cropped my signature out of the corner. I filed a takedown notice on Monday, and the listing is still up today. Has anyone else dealt with this kind of art theft through Etsy's dispute process?
