Digital painting has better control than vector, and my 40 layer piece in Procreate settled it
I spent three weeks rebuilding the same portrait in Illustrator and Procreate, and the raster version let me blend skin tones in a way vectors just could not touch, so I do not get why so many showcase folks still push clean vector lines as the "real" digital art.
