Hot take: Perfectly clean line art is overrated in digital showcases

A little mess gives character and life to the piece. Smooth vectors just look cold and factory-made.

Yeah, factory-made is why a little wobble feels human.

That point about factory-made stuff is pretty much on point. I notice this with things that are too smooth, like brand new tools or software. When they work without any hiccups, it feels off, like something's missing. As spencer_nelson91 mentioned, the wobble gives it character. You see it in old books with bent pages or a voice that cracks when someone talks. It's the flaws that make things feel alive and not just made in a plant.

Ever notice how the perfectly smooth stuff just feels kind of dead? Like @spencer_nelson91 said, a tiny wobble or something off makes it real. My old truck has a shimmy at certain speeds and honestly I'd miss it if it was gone. Maybe it's that we're all a little imperfect ourselves.
