TIL my gallery shots looked flat because of one export setting I ignored for 2 years
I went back through my old showcase folders last week and lined up a piece from January 2023 next to the same file re-exported today, and the difference made me wince. The old ones were saved at 72 dpi with color profile stripped, so every gradient turned into banded stripes on anyone's screen but mine. I fixed it by exporting at 300 dpi with sRGB embedded, and the shadows came back in one click. Now I'm going through 40+ posts on my portfolio to redo them. Does anyone here keep a written export checklist, or do you just trust muscle memory?
