A client in Austin asked me one question about email and I had to admit I was wrong
I always skipped email marketing because I thought social ads did all the work. Then a bakery owner named Dana in Austin showed me her list of 2,400 subscribers and said nearly half her Friday sales come from one weekly email. I ran the numbers on my own clients and felt dumb, the email open rates beat our ad clicks by a lot. So now I'm curious, does anyone here still treat email like the boring backup plan, or is it your top channel too?
