My $300 portable monitor was a total waste until I got stuck in a hotel with a broken TV

Bought a 15-inch portable screen for video calls and extra workspace. It sat in my bag for months, just adding weight. Then my hotel in Chiang Mai had a TV that only got one fuzzy channel. Hooked the monitor up to my laptop and watched a movie like it was a proper screen. The extra real estate also let me keep my project open while checking emails. Anyone have a better use for these things or should I just sell it?
