My coworking wifi in Medellin went from 80 Mbps to 3 Mbps in 3 days and I know why
The new guy in the corner has been running a 4K livestream to his other phone nonstop since Tuesday, so if anyone has a polite way to bring this up without starting a war, I am all ears.

That 4K livestream to his other phone is wild, like who is even watching that all day. Had almost the same thing happen at a spot in Chiang Mai, guy was uploading drone footage on a loop and tanked the whole place. What worked was grabbing coffee and just asking him "hey man, is your stream running ok, cause the rest of us are crawling" like it was a shared problem, not an accusation. He had no clue he was the cause and cut it down to 1080 on the spot. Key is doing it one on one and not in front of everyone, cause calling someone out in the room makes them dig in. If he blows you off, then you go to whoever runs the place, since it's their wifi and their problem to fix.
