One bad wifi day in Lisbon almost made me quit nomading

I lost a client call at 2pm because my coworking space's router died, then the backup cafe had a power outage, and I ended up in a McDonald's on Avenida da Liberdade using my phone hotspot for 3 hours, has anyone else had a whole day spiral from connection issues?

Used to travel with a backup 5G dongle and a list of three coworking spots in every city, saved my butt more than once. Now I test the internet speed at the door of any cafe before I even order.
