Update: I finally tried coworking spaces after 2 years of cafes

I was super skeptical about paying $150 a month when my hostel bed was only $20 a night. But last week in Chiang Mai I had 3 video calls in one day and my cafe wifi kept dropping. I booked a day pass at Punspace just to test it and honestly the quiet zone was worth it alone. Nobody stares at you for sitting too long and the coffee refills are free. Has anyone else found that coworking actually pays for itself once you factor in lost time hunting for outlets?
