Saw a guy in Portland turn old bike wheels into a scarecrow frame and now I'm hooked
I was walking through the Sellwood neighborhood in Portland last weekend and spotted this scarecrow made from two welded bike rims with old CDs hanging off them to scare birds. Took me about 20 minutes and $3 of zip ties to make my own version, and the shiny parts actually work better than the fake owl I bought. Anyone else tried using junk metal for garden stuff?
