I finally stopped using hot glue on my foam armor after a guy at Comicpalooza in Houston laughed at my pauldron
He poked it and the whole seam popped open right there in the parking lot, so now I use contact cement and Barge thinner in my garage and nothing has fallen apart since. Has anyone else had a glue fail at the worst possible moment, and what did you switch to?
