Just realized my garage floor is the best vacuform table I ignored for 6 years

I kept fighting with a $60 tabletop vacuform machine that couldn't pull 3mm styrene worth a damn. Last month I was cleaning out my shed in Austin and noticed this smooth concrete patch near the workbench. Clamped a spare frame down, sealed the edges with duct tape, hooked up a shop vac rated at 5.5 peak HP, and the plastic just sucked down perfect on the first pull. Total setup cost me nothing beyond what I already had. Anyone else use random house surfaces for casting or forming, or am I the last one to figure this out?
