Talked to a buddy who runs a local IT shop - completely changed how I look at power strips

That's funny, I had a similar wake up call when my buddy who runs a security alarm company showed me how he labels every single plug in his van with those little colored zip ties. Now I do it too and it saves me so much headache when I'm trying to figure out which cord goes to what on my power strip at home. The blue tie means it's for my computer, green for the monitor, red for the printer. Sounds dumb but I never unplug the wrong thing by accident anymore.
