Found a broken N64 controller at a garage sale in Tacoma for $2, and the stick swap took me back
I grabbed it thinking I'd just clean it up, but the joystick was so loose I had to order a GameCube style replacement kit like I did back in high school. Anyone else notice the old OEM sticks just do not hold up the way the new drop in modules do?

Two bucks for a controller with a stick that bad is still a steal, swapping it beats paying full price.
