Heard my neighbor say he was about to call a plumber for a leaky faucet, so I showed him how to swap the cartridge in 20 minutes.
It was just a worn out Moen 1225, and seeing his relief at fixing it himself for under $15 made me realize how many simple repairs we give up on before even looking.
