PSA: I finally stopped hating my paint sprayer after thinning the paint right

For months I was blaming the gun for splatter and clogging, then a buddy told me to use a viscosity cup and thin it to 30 seconds. The smooth finish I got on my kitchen cabinets yesterday was night and day different from the bumpy mess I had last summer. Has anyone else dealt with a sprayer that just wouldn't cooperate?
