A printer in Tulsa ripped my squeegee angle apart and it fixed my flooding
Was flooding every print on 110 mesh and blaming the emulsion. A guy named Ray at a supply counter in Tulsa watched me pull one stroke and said I was holding the squeegee at about 30 degrees, way too flat. Went to 60 degrees with a sharper edge and the flooding quit that same night. Anyone else get their angle corrected in person like that?
