Mesh count mystery finally clicked after my 3rd clogged run
I was using 110 mesh for everything, even tiny text, and kept fighting pinholes and detail loss for months. Then a guy at the local print shop in Austin told me to check the thread diameter on my screens, and turns out cheap 110s are way thicker than the good stuff. Anyone else ever realize their gear was the problem instead of their technique?

Honestly, that sounds more like a placebo fix than a real answer. Cheap screens with thick thread just push more emulsion, but if you were already fighting pinholes, dialing in your exposure time and pressure would do way more than dropping cash on premium mesh.

Huh, @finley_harris5, but swapping thread diameter fixed my pinholes overnight, exposure time never did.
