Can we settle this: is a $1.25 pool noodle better as a door draft stopper or a garage wall bumper?
I grabbed two noodles at the Dollar Tree on Route 9 in Poughkeepsie after reading that the average home loses up to 20 percent of its heat through gaps, but my brother thinks slicing one lengthwise for the door is a waste when it works better screwed to the garage wall, so which job would you give it?
