Yeah, totally agree with @kai602. I got that once after a huge project. My boss just said "exactly what I wanted" in an email. Felt amazing. I think the key was sending a quick summary before the meeting so we were already on the same page.

Hold on, your boss just sent a one sentence email saying "exactly what I wanted"? That's it? No meeting recap, no bullet points of nitpicks, no "but next time maybe..." follow up? That's borderline mythical. I'm pretty sure that's a unicorn situation most of us only hear about in legends. I'd frame that email and hang it on my wall. Probably get a little shrine going for it.
