Switched from 2D CAD to a quick 3D model on a kitchen remodel and the boss noticed
Spent 6 years drawing plans flat, then tried modeling the whole job in SketchUp for a cabinet layout in Dayton and caught a 4 inch collision between the fridge and a wall return before it ever hit the shop. Cut my revision count from 8 sheets down to 2. Anyone else make that jump, or do you still send flat plans to the field?
