That old parallel bar trick finally saved my drafting table setup
I spent years fighting with a loose straightedge on my old table in the shop. Last month I tried the tape and screw method my uncle used back in 1989, where you shim the bar with a business card and lock it down. It took maybe 20 minutes and now my lines stay true on every sheet, even the big 24x36 ones. Anyone else still using those old school fixes instead of the fancy digital stuff?
