Vent: Spent 3 hours redoing a wall section because of a scale mixup
I was working on a commercial project here in Portland last week and somehow read the wrong scale on a set of structural drawings. Took me forever to catch it after I had already laid out half the interior walls. Felt like a total rookie mistake after 8 years in the trade. Has anyone else had a dumb scale error waste a whole afternoon?

Yeah I just call those 'character building' mistakes now.

Yeah but some mistakes are more like "learning opportunities" than character building, if you catch my drift. Not everything needs to be a lesson.
