That 900 hour mark on the cutterhead finally made me see things different

I was dead set on swapping the teeth every 300 hours like the manual said but when I hit 900 hours on this river job in Memphis the production numbers barely moved and the wear pattern was so even it convinced me the old rule was just dealer hype, anyone else run way past the recommended interval and actually see better results?
