After watching a $2,400 ceiling job in a downtown Austin condo get torn down because the painter didn't want to wait for my third coat, I stopped chasing that flat finish for every customer and just ask upfront what the lighting looks like so they know what they're getting, has anyone else had a spec get overruled by the next trade?
