Lost a full day on a bad corner bead adhesive, the can said heavy duty
Last Tuesday I grabbed a new can of spray adhesive for metal corner bead, figured it would save me from screwing every one. First few stuck fine, but by the afternoon the humidity kicked up and three beads peeled right off the wall when I pulled my tape. Wasted about 6 hours redoing those corners plus the cost of the adhesive, and my crew chief just laughed and said he tried that brand back in 2019 and it failed the same way. Anyone else had spray bond let go on you, or do you always stick with screws or nails for bead?
