PSA: the $40 drywall sander I bought at a yard sale saved my shoulders
I grabbed a used pole sander with a vacuum hookup for 40 bucks from a guy clearing out his garage in Tulsa, mostly because my shoulders were wrecked after doing ceilings all week. Turns out the thing weighs almost nothing and sucks up most of the dust, so I finished a 12x16 room in about half the time it usually takes me. Now I'm wondering if I got lucky or if these are actually worth full price, so what's the one cheap tool you'd buy again in a heartbeat?
