Remember when we all used to cut around outlet boxes with a keyhole saw?

I was working on a Reno job in 2010 and my saw blade snapped, so I tried scoring the back of the drywall with my utility knife and popping the piece out clean. It worked perfectly and saved me a trip to the truck. Do you guys still use that method or is there something better now?

Man, that's the only way I've ever done it.

Heard some guys swear by a drywall router for that now, seems like overkill for one box though.

Sounds like a solution in search of a problem.
