TIL you should hang the ceiling first, not the walls, and my shoulders are paying for it
My old lead guy back in Tucson kept saying "ceilings first, always," and I blew him off for 3 jobs because doing walls first felt faster on my scaffold setup. Just finished a 12 by 16 bedroom where I hung the walls first, and wrestling those last ceiling sheets into the corners pinched a seam so bad I had to cut it out and redo 2 full sheets. Has anyone else switched back to ceilings first after getting lazy like me, or do some of you actually make walls first work?
