Comparison: frozen stir fry bags vs making my own sauce was a no brainer
I used to grab those frozen stir fry bags for $5 at the store thinking they were saving time. Last Wednesday I was out and had to throw together my own with soy sauce, ginger, and garlic I already had. Took maybe 10 extra minutes and tasted 100x better. The frozen ones always have that weird watery sauce, never again. Has anyone else noticed the sodium difference or is it just me?

Man the sodium in those bags is no joke. I swear one bag has enough salt to cure a ham. 10 extra minutes for real food beats that watery sauce any day. Frozen stir fry is basically just sadness in a bag.
