Last Tuesday I got home at 6:45 and my kids were already asking about dinner. I had my phone out to order a $28 pizza when I saw half a box of spaghetti and a jar of minced garlic sitting right there. I boiled the pasta, melted butter with garlic and a little parm, and tossed it all together in about 12 minutes. My 9 year old said it was better than the pizza place, which honestly stung a little. What pantry meals do you all fall back on when you're too tired to think?
