My brother swore by his 15-minute chili recipe but honestly, using canned beans instead of dried saved me 45 minutes last Tuesday.
He said dried beans were 'non-negotiable' for flavor, but honestly, with two kids needing to be at soccer by 6:30, has anyone else found a decent shortcut that doesn't totally ruin a dish?
