My coworker showed me her 15 minute freezer meal prep last Tuesday

I was complaining about being too tired to cook after work and she just pulled out a bag of frozen broccoli, chicken, and rice she prepped in 15 minutes. She dumped it straight into a hot pan and it was done in 10 minutes no chopping or measuring needed. Has anyone else found a freezer prep method that actually saves time without turning dinner into mush?

My wife and I tried that freezer prep thing a couple years back after seeing it on a cooking show. We made about 12 bags of chicken and vegetable medleys all at once. The first three were fantastic, but by the fourth week the broccoli had turned into this sad, mushy green paste that tasted more like freezer burn than actual food. I ended up just buying a small slow cooker and put everything in it before work instead. That way the vegetables stay firm and the chicken falls apart just right without any of that soggy texture.

But didn't @mason.mark just prove freezer prep works if you pick the right vegetables? Hard veggies like carrots and potatoes hold up fine, you just can't freeze watery stuff like broccoli and expect it to stay crispy.
