PSA: My '15 minute' sheet pan fajitas took 45 minutes last night
I followed a recipe that said to broil the chicken and veggies for 8 minutes, but after that time they were still raw in the middle, so I had to keep cooking them in 5 minute bursts. I learned that my oven's broiler is way weaker than the recipe writer's, so now I have to add at least 20 minutes to any broiling time. Anyone else have to totally change the cook time for a 'quick' recipe because of their gear?

My old apartment's broiler was so weak I just started using the bake setting for everything.

Oh man, that reminds me of my last place... the oven door wouldn't even shut all the way. Everything just took forever to cook.
