Sheet pan quesadillas changed my Tuesday night chaos

I read a tip from a mom of 4 who said she makes 6 quesadillas at once on a sheet pan and cuts them like pizza. Tried it tonight with leftover rotisserie chicken and it took maybe 15 minutes total, no flipping each one separately. Just layer tortillas, cheese, filling, another tortilla, throw a second pan on top to weigh it down, bake at 400 for 10 minutes. Everyone got fed at the same time which NEVER happens on a school night. Anyone else got a one-pan trick that beats the classic stovetop method?
