Tried frozen ravioli vs fresh pasta on a Tuesday night

Fresh pasta was way better but took me 15 extra minutes to boil. Frozen ravioli was fine but the texture was kind of mushy and my kids noticed. Anyone else just stick with boxed stuff for speed?

Oh man, frozen ravioli is just sad little dough pillows, go fresh or go home!

Frozen ravioli definitely has its place though. Your mileage may vary but a lot of the ones from Italian grocery stores hold up way better than the boxed stuff.
