Wait, is 40 cents a package really worth obsessing over? Because honestly I used to think more tape meant more protection and that was just the cost of doing business. But hearing that guy phrase it as hating my customers kinda hit different, like I was being lazy instead of careful. Now I actually timed myself and realized all that extra taping was slowing me down too, which is way worse than the material cost. So I ended up switching to a tape gun with a set length and it changed my whole packing flow, not just my wallet. Funny how a random joke can make you see something you looked at every single day completely differently.
