The UPS driver at my local hub showed me why my packages kept getting delayed
Stopped by the UPS customer center in Reno last Tuesday to pick up a package and the guy at the counter pointed at the conveyor belt behind him, said anything over 48 inches gets sorted by hand and mine was a 52 inch tube. Been shipping my posters in 36 inch tubes since then and haven't had a single delay in 6 weeks. Anyone else had to resize their packaging because of how a hub sorts stuff?
