I finally went to that flooring liquidation place on 99 St and the prices were crazy low
Stopped by Flooring Liquidation Warehouse last Saturday after driving past it for months. They had laminate for like $0.79 a sq ft which is wild compared to Home Depot. But the selection was kinda messy and they only had 3 colors in stock for that price. Is there a catch with these places or is it just overstock? Anyone else bought from there and had issues with quality or installation?

Don't forget that cheap laminate often has a lower AC rating so it wears out way faster in real use.

A friend of mine bought some laminate from a place like that and it looked fine for about a year, then the edges started chipping and peeling right up. She figured out it was leftovers from a commercial job, not overstock, so the quality just wasn't there for a home.
