Noticed a huge drop in callbacks for knob and tube replacements in my area

Used to get 2-3 a month, now maybe one every six months. I think the old houses with it are finally getting updated or torn down. Anyone else seeing this trend?

Lol come on, it's probably just a flickering bulb or a loose wire. My old apartment did that all the time, the whole hallway would blink. Landlord just fixed a bad connection in the basement. People see a light act weird and jump straight to the supernatural.
