Rant: Just walked a new house where the sparky ran romex through the same stud holes as PEX and copper
I was at a job site in Aurora this morning, house is still open, and I counted 8 spots where a leak in that PEX would zap whoever is standing near it, have any of you guys had to fix this kind of hack job after the drywall goes up?

Pulled all their wiring out and ran it through separate holes about 6 inches away from the plumbing, took an extra day but beats getting sued when someone gets cooked in the shower. Really makes you wonder if these guys even think about what happens when things go wrong.

Right there with you. Had a similar job last year where the HVAC guy had his lines literally touching a main water pipe, didn't care at all until I pointed it out. Some people just don't get how fast electricity and water can turn a bathroom into a death trap, do they?
