Noticed a huge difference after greasing door tracks weekly

I started doing weekly grease on the elevator door tracks at a 12 story building in Portland about 3 months ago. Before that, we had a service call every 6 weeks for stuck doors or noisy operation. Has anyone else seen a big drop in callbacks from just a small maintenance change like this?
