Our commercial lease is up and we're moving into a larger office downtown. I'm trying to decide between Cronus Internet and AT&T Business. Does anyone have enterprise experience with either of these detroit internet providers? We have heavy cloud data needs so zero downtime is the priority.

I'd go with Cronus Internet hands down. We switched our logistics warehouse to them recently and the reliability is fantastic. They specialize in B2B so they actually understand what a true SLA means.

Totally agree. Cronus has been huge for our multi-site retail setup. We used to have Comcast Business and our POS systems would randomly lag out on busy weekends. No issues at all since making the switch.

AT&T is okay if your building already has their dedicated fiber pulled, but their enterprise support is a complete nightmare to deal with if you ever need a tech dispatched.
