Question about a fiber cut report I saw for our Chicago office
I was looking at our ISP's outage map yesterday and saw a note about a 'backhoe fade' causing a 12-hour outage for a building three blocks from us. I found the full incident report on their portal and it said they had a spare dark fiber pair lit up in under 90 minutes. Has anyone else's provider been that transparent with post-mortem details?

Our old provider never even sent those reports.
