Vent: That Comcast enterprise sales guy brushed me off for 20 minutes
I was at a coffee shop in Austin last week and this Comcast rep walks right up to me. I asked about their SLA guarantees for our 50-person office and he just laughed and said "you guys aren't big enough for that talk." Then he tried to sell me a residential plan with a $89 promo price. Has anyone else had a sales person just straight up ignore your actual needs like that?

Read a thing on Reddit the other day about how some Comcast sales people get bonuses based on how many residential plans they push, not business ones. Makes sense why that guy acted like a jerk. Sorry you had to deal with that, sounds like a waste of your time.

Has anyone else noticed how every company pushes you toward what's easiest for THEM instead of what you actually need? I had a cell phone store guy try to sell me a family plan with free tablets once when I asked about a simple single line. He just kept saying "but look at these savings" while ignoring I live alone. It's like their whole system is built to force you into a box that fits their quotas, not your problem. The coffee shop setting makes it worse too, they count on you feeling awkward about walking away.
