A client told me my facials felt too rushed and it hurt at first but she was right

She said I was flying through the extractions and massage like I had somewhere to be, which made me realize I was treating appointments like a checklist instead of a real experience. Now I slow down and actually feel the skin instead of just going through the motions. Anyone else had a critique that totally reframed how you work?

Same here, a client told me I was too rough on her décolletage and now I'm way more careful.

Ngl @finley_harris5, I had a client freak out after I wiped a bit hard near her collarbone and now I go super slow too.
