Had a bride breakdown during her trial yesterday

She started crying because I used a different brand of setting spray than what she saw on TikTok, and I had to talk her down for 20 minutes. Has anyone else dealt with clients getting super specific about products that aren't even on your menu?

@mason499 probably right but crying over setting spray is a bit much.
