I just hit 500 clients in my books and honestly, it made me question if I'm even giving them enough time anymore.
I mean, I used to spend a full 90 minutes on a basic facial, but now I'm squeezing them into 60 minutes just to keep up, and idk maybe it's just me but that feels like I'm shortchanging the whole experience.

Yeah, that's a tough spot to be in. I remember when my own schedule got too full, and I had to cut my consultation time. You start to feel like a machine on an assembly line, not a professional giving real care. That extra half hour you used to have probably made clients feel truly listened to, not just serviced. It's a hard balance between making a living and keeping the quality that built your book in the first place.

What's your premium fee for those longer slots?

Been there. What worked for me was blocking off two slots a week for those longer, in-depth consults and charging a premium for them. It kept that high-touch option alive for clients who really needed it, and the higher fee made the time feel justified. The rest of the week ran on the tighter schedule.
